Tjuan Benafactor first emerged on the national music scene in 2012 with his well received single Fly Wit Me (feat Project Pat) featuring hip hop legend Project Pat being played in-flight by Virgin Airlines, radio stations nationwide & being featured on countless mixtapes. Tjuan B has since had several releases that have done well in the mainstream and/or the underground including First Class (feat Sammie), Dunk (feat. Slim Dunkin), the Credible Content EP, All Night( feat Jeff Timmons of 98 Degrees), Skull & Bones, Premadonna (feat. Shavon Grass) and Marathon Music which he performers in Pittsburgh the first Sunday every May for 40,000-50,000 runners & fans at the Pittsburgh Marathon. The Pittsburgh based event promoter turned hip hop artist feels his success stems from the basic desire to help others and the ability to create opportunities for himself as well as others. This has led Tjuan B & his Arucca Flyboy imprint to distribute indie artist/labels. In addition in 2014 Tjuan co-founded an expansion basketball team in the famed American Basketball Association(ABA). In Feb 2015 Tjuan was named CEO of the ABA's Media & Entertainment Division where he oversees league broadcast deals, sponsorships, merchandising, gameday entertainment & more. In 2018 Benafactor extended his reach in the world of sports when he founded the Burgh Defenders an expansion arena football team that just finished their first season of play.
