Expressing music through the soul, Djiiou is the artistic identity of Djiovane Carradore, from Brazil. Now 24 years old, Djiiou has been bringing influences full of emotion and feelings, ranging from the classics of blues and jazz from the 40's to contemporary dream/pop, folk and incorporating the identity of electronic music, having in his baggage filled compositions of sentimentality, conceptualism, constant melodies and striking lyrics. He started to get involved with music at the age of 12, being always self-taught, he learned to play instruments and sing alone, investing only at 17 in more professional techniques. Today, he has an artistic identity built through his references and experiences, essential for the construction of his music.
