Swedish guitarist with a big passion for Brazilian music. He plays both 6 & 7-string guitars with the award-winning singer Miriam Aida whom he has recorded many critically acclaimed albums with. He has played and toured in Brazil, Japan and many of the European countries. His first own cd release "RIO" (with Luis Barcelos & Carlos Cesar) has received great reviews by the press. Mats is also the assistant professor of guitar at Malmö Academy of Music (Musikhögskolan, Malmö) in Sweden.
