Wistfulness prevails in memoirs and melodies, and this is proven to be true through upcoming Melbourne based Pop/Soul artist, Ambraya. In 2019, she was Awarded Best Soloist at the Australia A Capella Awards and successfully sold out her debut show “Constellations” Back in February 2021. With her involvement in projects such as Benny’s Coming Together Christmas as seen on SBS Viceland, Ambraya has landed fresh off the stages of iconic music venues, Paris Cat Jazz Club , Howler, The Gasometer Hotel, Crown Palladium, Robert Blackwood hall and Chapel off Chapel, with her self devised, sold out show, Embers of Gold. Bridging her success, she also featured as an opening act of BABBA as part of MSA's Wednesday sessions, had her Music Theatre works selected to be part of Eddie Perfect's: Pitch to Perfect, headlined for internationally applauded, Breaking Sound at The Night Cat and additionally works as a primary Backing Vocalist for The Elvis Big Band. She also recently performed in Broadway unplugged (October 23’) and was principal vocalist in Starbound 19 under the direction of Jason Parker, Jack Earle, & Nadia Tornese.  In addition to her music career, Ambraya is embarking on an exciting creative journey in 2023 with the release of her children's book titled 'Safe Happy & Healthy,' co-authored alongside her friend and fellow Victorian creative, Benny Gregs. Heartfelt, intimate and earnest, Ambraya preludes the start of a new chapter for the artist and audience alike.
