Ohav is a music artist, creating music that has an impact on reality. Ohav's musical path began at a young age while still in highschool. Before beginning his military service, Ohav decided to take a break from creating music in order to pursue a significant and meaningful army service. Ohav served as a combat commander in the IDF for 8 years. After the end of his service Ohav fought as a reservist in Gaza in the recent wars that befell the State of Israel. Ohav’s music introduces an innovative and groundbreaking rap style, combining unique words that penetrate the heart with a special flow. After his military service, Ohav released the ‘Invisible Album’ - a concept album describing the journey of a veteran combat soldier suffering from ‘invisible’ injuries. The songs allow the listener a glimpse into the personal life and struggles of this soldier, beginning with the war and throughout the challenges that followed - the relationship with his partner, the bureaucratic system and the soldier's parents. At the end of the album, the hero of this story meets his younger self, choosing to come to terms with the past and ultimately grow out of the pain. As part of the album and its initiative to assist those who are struggling with PTSD, an innovative digital platform was developed, bringing together over 100 rehabilitation programs from all over Israel, that can help combat soldiers start a new path and find healing.
