Looking back at more than 25 years of Djing, Noema (aka Magic Jams ) is a true master at the decks. During his former 10 year residency at the legendary Berlin Club institution Wilde Renate, Noema developed a unique style. By combining profound selections, fascinating dramaturgies and exceptional mixing skills his DJ sets take the audience to ecstatic highs beyond their wildest imagination. In his studio work, he has collaborated with electronic music heavy weights like Grammy winners Basement Jaxx, Apparat, Dixon and Sabo. In winter 2023 Noema releases his debut Album, which is part of his comprehensive art piece called ''ONE'' and gives testimony of his holistic artistic vision. For the piece he has written and recorded the music with a small orchestra, created an interactive choreography, stage design, costumes, story, texts, graphics and videos. The album is accompanied by remixes feat. artists like Lauer, Kalabrese, Mehmet Aslan, Shubostar and Panthera Krause. As founder of The Magic Movement label Noema is a pioneer in the downtempo scene in Europe and released iconic tracks such as 1542 by Xique-Xique , Folha de Jurema (Remixes) by Nicola Cruz, Ponto Gira by Carrot Green and discovered Oceanvs Orientalis. Besides his involvement in electronic music, Noema has played classical guitar since he's six years old, won a grant and several music awards in the process and eventually graduated the music college „Hanns Eisler“ in Berlin with a masters degree.
