Moony Mercury Baby is a 28 year old creative from the Central Florida area near Orlando. Moony is a futuristic rap singer with a captivating melodic style that is inspired by the flows of rappers who utilize melody as a foundation to their vocal and musical styles. Moony produces dreamy psychedelic cloud rap instrumentals to compliment his versatile flows and expansive vocal range. His lyric content is incredibly diverse, with topics ranging from politics and spirituality, to drugs and women. Moony Mercury Baby's subject matter is inspired by life and his human experience. His sound also displays a versatile mix of influences ranging from all sub genres of hip hop to genres outside of hip hop. On top of all that, Moony creates his own visuals as well. Moony Mercury Baby began making music in 2009 when he was 13 under the name “Rhyma Rola”, but then changed his name to “AJ Kings” in high school and would keep that name until the end of 2020. He self-taught himself how to engineer and produce music over the years while going through many different musical phases. Moony Mercury also taught himself how to direct, shoot, & edit videos throughout time.
