He is been leaving in Germany since 1994 where is did is studies in Biotechnology engineering and Working for a good number of years. He later on moved to Switzerland in 2013 where he continues to pursue this professional as well as DJ carrier. He promotes, advocates and creates opportunities for Afro-Caribbean music, DJs and performing artists within the Western Europe region. Sharing with the world the joy and passion of music and thereby putting a smile to faces every time the listen to his performances or music Sawubona, an Amapiano mixtape is his first solo project is an exciting move in his producer carrier where he has previously been working and produced a variety of artist and DJs. Since August 2023, DJ Despaigne has been working with a good number of Caribbean artists on every exciting SocaPiano projects. This fusion between Soca and Amapiano blending two electrifying genres and pushing the boundaries of both.
