In the last year I've struggled to deal with my problems. I have gone into therapy, lost friends, lost loved ones, lost my producer, and ultimately along the road I even lost myself. However, the last year and 2020 alone, has really taught me that asking for help when you need it is important. We grow up being taught that asking for help is a sign of weakness. Im here to tell the world that I Need Help. I'm not always okay on my own. I struggle with Anxiety and Depression. I struggle trying to find who I am or what my purpose is. There are days that i struggle to get out of bed or do normal human activities. Sometimes I cant sleep because all I do is overthink. Sometimes I dont always see the positives in being alive.
