Owem-G is a Spanish producer, DJ and musician. In 2013 he moved from Barcelona to Lisbon where he met the sax player Joel Pinto and the percussionist Joao Maia. Soon they started working together as G combo on the first album "El circo de la vida" trying to find the perfect balance between tradicional latin rhythms and modern elements from Tropical Dub, Nu Cumbia... When the album was released in 2017 they felt it was time to move forward and show their original work to the audience. After a period of touring around Portugal and Spain as a trio the combo kept growing when Mattia Corda (Trumpet / Piano) and Roni Szabo (Bass) joined the band and they went back to the studio to record their second album "Gran Reserva" (2019) New single "Al Son del Boogaloo" out June 18th !
