This charismatic German Italo-Argentinian artist is pianist, actress, composer and film maker. In 2024 her composition AMAZON VARIATIONS, which was the music on her experimental short film with the same name, won the award for BEST COMPOSITION at the Apollo Global Music Awards in Greece and her Music Video CECILIA'S PIANO AVE MARIA was Semi-Finalist in all categories. This was also 2023 official selection at many film festivals as in Rome, Madrid, Tokio, New York, Pune, etc. A Berliner newspaper described her as “more than a fashionable crossover” as she surprised the conservative classical audience of the Philharmonie already in the 90s with her innovative recitals playing Argentinian tangos, Piazzolla’s works and own compositions in a time when this repertoire was unusual. Her aim was always to give access to a new musical experience out of the established traditions of the classical world. Her recordings offer an interesting selection of Argentinian composers, film music, pop and her own compositions, combining classic with elements of improvisational freedom. She studied Film in Los Angeles and has already succeeded as an actress, appearing in international feature films and German TV, She worked with internationally renowned directors like Roman Polanski, Wim Wenders or Tom Tykwer.
