Sasha Wrist (MAMI KBRA) The singer/songwriter born and raised in Venezuela, with roots from Chile from her father’s side. At the age of 7, Sasha had found her love for words, as she began writing and singing folk songs in her country. Being raised mostly by her mother during a turbulent time in Venezuela, Sasha witnessed struggle and the importance of hard work. The strong independent young woman got inspired by the late Venezuelan icon Canserbero and began rapping at 13 years old, sharpening her lyrics and flow, eventually catching the attention of local producers and DJs who worked with her to better her craft. Wanting to grow her career in music, Sasha moved to the United States at the age 17 to pursue her dream. Her strong penmanship, ideas, crazy adlibs and work ethic made her unique and stand out. She loves to make music that makes her have feel something and express those feelings through her lyrics. Sasha loves all sorts of genres and is a fan of blending styles like Rap, Reggaeton, Trap, Dancehall, R&B, Pop, and even Regional Mexicano. In addition to her strong concepts and lyrics, Sasha’s infectious melodies and love for collaborating, have made her a go-to songwriter & an amazing artist to work with. She has vocals packs on Splice, has collaborations with other artist like 2Deep and Los Padres, and currently finishing up her Project 52, dropping a song every Thursday with variations of sounds, collaborations and more.
