Berkeley CA born n raised, Grant Milliken grew up steeped in the vibrant Bay Area jazz scene, working as a vibraphonist & pianist throughout his high school years. Upon his move to Los Angeles in 2012, Grant fell in love with the history and techniques of recorded music. Through some combination of hard-work, dumb-luck, and riding the coat-tails of his friends, Grant has had the opportunity to work on records by artists such as Angel Olsen, Evangeline, Dawes, Temme Scott, Father John Misty, Nick Dorian, Sam Burton, and many more.
