Independent rapper Kush is an Atlanta-based hip-hop artist rising out of the West End. With bouncy, bass heavy instrumentals and a half-sung, half-rapped vocal delivery, Kush has carved out his own lane in his city’s booming trap scene. Kush has had a passion for music for as long as he can remember. At a young age he learned to play African drums, and a few years later he joined the local performing arts centre, featuring in plays like Fame and The Wiz. In 2016, Kush’s dad tragically passed away. Losing his number 1 fan made him go even harder with his music, and he’s been grinding ever since. After two years of writing and releasing singles, he dropped his first official project “ Hi-Tunes ” on 4/20/2018. A year later, in September 2019, he released the follow-up project “ Atelophobia ” on all streaming platforms, featuring the breakout single “ Sober ”. Kush isn’t done yet.
