Jamal Nueve started Deejaying at age eleven and producing in 1992. He spent 1993 to 1996 as the DJ for the group Diezzle Don and The Governor in Newark, N.J using the name Numba9. Jamal Nueve moved to Los Angeles in 1999 where he began crafting his aggressive yet melodic sound. From 2000 to 2003 Clinton Place deejayed throughout California alongside west coast legend Sir Jinx. In 2003 he produced the song Bangin At The Party by Westside Connection on the Terrorist Threat album. Credited as Dj Jamal#9. The album certified gold selling 691,000 units in the United States. Jamal Nueve also constructed the beat for the song Not 4 Play on the Canibus Mind Control album. He went on to produced 3 songs on The Horsemen Projects with Canibus, Kurupt, Rass Kass and Killah Priest. “He was not credited for his works.” Over the years the beat smith stayed busy. Recording music with Sir Jinx, Kurupt, Roscoe, Yukmouth, Spider Loc (G Unit), Runt Dawg (GillaHouse), DoIt All (Lords Of The Underground) Skyzoo, Planet Asia, Roc C and countless independent artist across the world. In 2007 Jamal Nueve released his first album entitled Neva Judge a Book. The album showcase production work from Jamal Nueve featuring various artist. Neva Judge A Book received five slaps in Ozone Magazine. In 2011, Jamal Nueve toured parts of Eastern Europe with Los Angeles rapper BluEyes. Opening for Statik Selektah , Termanology and Poland’s biggest HipHop artist (O.S.T.R)
