Born into a family of professional musicians, he received a classical music education at a renowned music academy in Switzerland. As a multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer, he began producing songs with a Casio CZ-1000 synthesiser at the age of 15. He later led bands such as the verdict, anld, frame, Little Bastard and the great light of slow. After the pandemic, he returned to electronic music and has been releasing under the pseudonym Ayden Thurso.
