A group of girls from Oslo realized their childhood dream of becoming rock stars was too strong to let go. With an old guitar and a collection of their parents’ LPs, the girls decided to start a band «From Scratch». Their music can be categorized as indie rock, but they have in short time managed to create their own musical expression, with catchy melodies, grungy guitar and a playful synthesizer that brings it all together. Their childhood dream has taken them further than they could have imagined. Last summer they performed at the musical festival Øya, selected as one of the up and coming Norwegian bands. They’ve also performed at many well-known music scenes as John Dee, Blå and the Træna festival. They’re selected to perform at by:Larm 2020. The dream of becoming rock stars seems closer than ever before!
