José Manuel Vicente Checo artistically known as Manu V was born on April 22, 1996 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. As a child he had a great love for music; At age 12 he formed a musical band together with his friends in the neighborhood where he began to cultivate and develop his talent for singing and composition. Manu V continued his musical work but was also focused in a certain part of his studies, graduating from UTESA University as Lic. In Accounting to the Summa Cum Laude degree.
