E-Works 978 was founded in 1998 by Kenneth de Heer aka Ken Silver in Wedel near Hamburg / Germany. Kenneth de Heer has been working as a musician since 1985. First as a guitarist in various bands and later in 1995 as a producer of electronic music. The first CD of E-Works 978 was released in 1998 on its own. E-Works 978 is known for minimalist electronic chillout sound. For many of the songs also music videos were produced, which were broadcast regularly from 2000-2002 in the program "Berlin House" on VIVA TV in Germany. In 2008, the EP "Lazylectro" was released worldwide via its own label "KSCM". This was followed by further releases on the current own label "Digisounds", as well as numerous compilations worldwide. In 2013-2015, the music videos were also aired on MTV Adria in the program "Chilloutzone" in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania and Greece.
