Barbie (they/them/elle) is a trans-non-binary fat, queer, immigrant raised in Texas. They are an artivist, cultural organizer, and a student in the Son Jarocho musical tradition. La Morena Trans is their first song release, it was written as an offering to honor 3 Texan trans women activists and organizers & the work they do to fight for their rights & the rights of the Trans, non-binary & gender-expansive community.
