Retland is a Pacific Northwest (Portland, OR) ambient music producer with multi-genre musical influences. Retland likes to produce space-themed ambient soundscapes as well as earth-based music featuring nature sounds. On occasion, a more experimental ambient track will be thrown into the mix just to keep things spicy. 
 Retland’s musical journey began as a teenager after inheriting an electric guitar from a late uncle. From this loss a passion was born, which inspired self-taught guitar basics and the eventual discovery of different styles of music production.
