Versatile composer and guitarist from the UK, George Wilson, has had his concert works performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Suffolk Philharmonic Orchestra at events including the Armed Forces Day concert at The Apex in Bury St Edmunds. As a media composer, his music has been placed alongside brands including Marks & Spencer, Tropicana, Walkers, New Scientist and BBC's Children in Need. George’s many tracks have been released by Ninja Tune Production Music and Pretty Decent Music Records, with soundscapes ranging from bombastic orchestral fanfares to synthesised contemporary atmospheres and band tracks. His main influences include John Powell, James Newton-Howard, Thomas Newman and Alan Silvestri. A flexible writer and musician, George collaborates with a variety of composers, artists and musicians including Sandy Burnett, Sam Lung, Louise Spencer and singer-songwriter Louise Golbey.
