Born And raised in Panama City Beach, Florida... William Elmer Bachelor III used his initials to develop the moniker Web Three. An emcee/singer with deep Hip Hop roots his music is an amalgamation of many influences such as Rock and Soul. 
 2011 brought his first true studio album “Do You”. A live instrument driven album filled with raw lyricism which subject matter ranged from party to the emotion of struggle. Featuring crowd favorites “Out Tonight” “People Get Up” “Rick Girl” and “Web Three Music”. The message was be yourself above all. 
2013’s album “Loss, Love and The New Normal” is a collaborative with friend and fellow artist Kaaren Styles. It deals with the loss of longtime friend, manager, and co-founder of Death Proof Records Troy Longhurst aka Telle Crooks. The album spawned “New Normal” “Back on My Grind” “Blow Away” and Back to Hollywood”. 
With the 2016 release of “Tales from the Barstool” Web called upon fellow Miami artist Wrekonize of ¡Mayday! for the remix of Head Banger. A music video and 50 city North America tour ensued with the Strange Music act. He also dropped videos for “American Dreaming” and “Tony Soprano”. 
Web is releasing new singles in 2020 such as “Thankful” featuring Brandon Hardesty of Bumpin Uglies. His latest track “Make it Out” takes a softer approach as it reaches out to those who may be on tough times. Sharing the stage with countless acts such as Tech N9ne, ¡Mayday!, ICP, Hed PE, Web Three is an act you won’t want to miss live!
