Don Faro reigns from Atlanta, Ga coining the genre: Lyrical Trap music. Don Faro promotes Black and Brown motivational music. His 2019 release, Black History, set the standard for fierce, nonapologetic, and Black empowerment music. Don Faro's last concert on Tyler Perry's Atlanta campus amassed over 1,500 attendees in the Summer of 2019. Don Faro is laser-focused on creating a Black Renaissance through his music. "My people have a rich and dark history for which I will try and bring attention to," said Don Faro in a 2019 article in VoyageATL magazine. In Feb 2020 the single, "Reparations", was clearly ahead of its time as civil unrest erupted throughout the nation following the murder of George Floyd. As a continuation of the Black agenda, Don Faro is working on more Black empowerment and afro-centric music in his Los Angeles and Atlanta studios.
