Denle is a singer and an artist who isn’t bound by a genre. Born and raised in Kwara State, Nigeria. She developed her passion and love for music at the early age of 6 and never missed a chance to be a part of the church or school choir. Denle started writing songs at the age of 13, after falling in love with sound, a pen and a paper. She became a lead soloist for her church and school choir in her teenage years as well as high school. She started a two man band with a friend where she played sessions every weekend in college. She has written and co written jingles for ads for companies such as Access Bank, the Jimi Agbaje campaign to name a few. With over 10 years of building a relationship with music and finding her sound, she released her first EP Sanity in 2020. She said “I was done hiding, I was done being afraid of going after what I loved. I was done asking myself if I would be accepted. I want people to find a friend, and freedom in music like I did”. Denle creates music from genres such as pop, Afro-pop, RnB to EDM and house. “I found who I was, who I wanted to be, expression and freedom through music and I want to share that with the world. I want to share that with someone and hope they find it too” she said.
