Jahia Uncan is a Reggae singer from Bogota, Colombia. He began his career in 2012 with a first self-produced album called ''Tiempos de Revelación'' in which they highlight themes of love with songs like "Princesa Real" and lyrics focused on the politics of her country as "500 años". He has built up his experience over the years, performing on different stages inside and outside the country, accompanying the Reggae movement in his city and the birth of new local Sound Systems. In 2013 he made a promotional tour in Mexico thanks to the invitation of King Ruff Sound followed by another one in Venezuela for 2014. At the end of that same year, he formed the group Jahia Uncan & The Groove Lions, which allowed him to make his presence felt in the reggae movement in his country through his rebellious lyrics, versatile flow and dynamic way of singing. Since the end of 2017 Jahia Uncan is a collaborating member of the Gran Latido Sound System and has promoted different cultural processes woven from reggae.
