Kevin Rhodes performs alternative rock music and hip hop and on occasion, heavy metal. His influences are eclectic and span from Metallica, Breaking Benjamin, Sevendust, Incubus and Dave Matthews Band to Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and even Michael Bublé. Coming from a musical family who have always played and sang together, Kevin took to music like a fish to water and never stopped swimming. In high school, around the age of 16 he picked up playing guitar and started getting more serious about his music. As a vocalist, Kevin played with several bands including Far From Fallen, a Nu Metal act which gained the most notoriety of his bands to date. In addition to singing Kevin also played bass in Nu Metal band Until She Smiles and guitar in Alternative Rock band Rheostat. He also performed in and produced for the international Hip Hop act 4NX under the sobriquet VoXBoX alongside artists like Burnzy (ENG), Changman (SA) Chowder Limits (AZ USA) and Jawdz (AUS). His music has been featured in films by Producer/Director P.J. Starks including the short film “A Mind Beside Itself” and the Anthology Film “Volumes of Blood” in which he, along with former Far From Fallen member, Brian Fulkerson performed and wrote a song by the same name.
