The AKUNA ART project began on 2006. At the begining, it was only instrumental music, but that as time went by has changed... "Rhapsody Of Enchanted Lands" was the 1st released album (2009), inspirated by electronica, ambient and lounge music including many differents sounds of world-music. If Akuna Art wants to keep his specific sound, he sees other artists who are doing things that maybe he would like to collaborate with... “The Shadows Of The Pink Lounge" is released (2011). "Poptronica Fantasy" is released in 2014. Expanding on his electronic sound, this album sets new boundaries for the band. Their sound has also acquired a fresh new take on pop music, with 80's analogic sounds, and including also sounds of world-music... In 2016, it's time to go back to groovy origins. "Anthroplogy" is powered by a lineup of amazing featured artists. This 4th album features 15 tracks full of space and texture that mash up electro, pop, and funk with virtuoso musicianship. Eternity Splinter is the fifth Akuna Art's studio release (nov 7, 2018), with contributing artists from all over the world including France, USA, Marocco, Dominican Republic, mixed by Pontus Söderqvist (Sweden) and mastered by Sefi Carmel (UK). This album features a gorgeously arranged bouquet of pop, groove and synthpop with funk-driven guitars, deep bass lines, vintage synthetizers and powerful backing vocals. Although the emotional range is broad, sultry grooves and catchy beats remain the staple of this album.
