Simphiwe Mguga (born April 27, 2001) better known as Ceekay is a South African singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, and entrepreneur. A prominent figure in popular Afro-trap music in Eastern and Western Cape, Ceekay is widely credited for popularizing the Afro Pop & soul sound to the Chris Hani District music industry. He first gained recognition as a singer back in 2017 when he was only 16 years old, he started singing resulting him to join T'snk and LinutTy to form Ngagara Fam ( stylized like 'NgaGara Fvm) ; intent on pursuing a career in music, T'snk opened a studio called Push Panda Productions where he started recording and releasing music covers highly inspired by Emtee. He kept releasing music and signed deal with True Levels Records.
