Janel Antoneshia is a Jamaican born singer and songwriter currently living in the West Midlands, UK. 
 Growing up in Jamaica—the artist was exposed to an extensive range. From gospel, rhythm and blues to soul and reggae blasting through her house:neighbourhood. 
 Her versatile and distinctive sound continues to develop since her first EP release “Eleutheromania” on music platform SoundCloud. 
 Gaining a respectable and organic fan base has seen her progress across the board—with her 2016 release “12’s Company”, already considered to be a contemporary classic. 
 The artist credits the streets of Birmingham when it comes to her developed performance ability. The songstress has been busking across the UK/Europe in recent years whilst dedicating time to recording, releasing music and performing live worldwide. 
 Her crafted sound has lead to features on BBC platforms across the board, to some of Europe’s most popular festivals. 2021 saw her battle her way to the semi-finals of ITV’s The Voice on team @will.i.am.
