Multi-award winning Turkish violin soloist Alican Süner has performed at important European venues with ensembles such as Konzerthausorchester Berlin, Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra, Orchestra Filarmonica Marchigiana and I Virtuosi Italiani under conductors such as Ryusuke Numajiri, Evan Christ and Romolo Gessi. Alican also performed with all major Turkish orchestras such as İstanbul Devlet Senfoni Orkestrası and İzmir Devlet Senfoni Orkestrası with prominent conductors such as Rengim Gökmen, İbrahim Yazıcı, Naci Özgüç, Cem Mansur and Gürer Aykal. Süner was a member at the Karajan-Academy of the Berliner Philharmoniker. From 2019 on, he got engagements as 1. concertmaster with the Orchester Der Komischen Oper Berlin, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, Staatsorchester Stuttgart, Musikkollegium Winterthur and Tekfen Filarmoni Orkestrası. In August 2021, Süner joined the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich under Paavo Järvi as a first violinist and was promoted to 2. concertmaster (temporary) the following season. In 2022, he was appointed a an Artistic Advisory Board Member of Istanbul Music Festival. In 2023, he also founded Trio Ran with pianist İris Şentürker and cellist Çağ Erçağ.
