Gremwave started making dubstep as “The Gremlin” back in 2012. He made music with Au5 , Fractal, Prismatic, Venemy, Scottay, Helen Tess, Yoe Mase, and more. The Gremlin signed with Simplify Recordings, Adapted Records, and EDM.com, until going independent in 2017. While Gremwave was working on the production of "So," live on Twitch, deadmau5 described the song as "contribed and unoriginal." He followed up this praise by writing "monstercat would eat this up, shit label tho." In 2018, he produced an album live on Twitch, which ended up being Gremwave’s first album, “Identity Crisis.” The album was about the internal struggles that plagued many EDM producers in the 2010’s. His first single, "Good Enough?" featuring Bianca Mae passed 1 million streams after being supported by Martin Garrix and Ninja. In 2020, he started the hyperpop band, badxyou. They found initial success turning popular songs into hyperpop songs, and was signed to EMPI.RE and Earthprogram. They broke up in 2022, ending with a song featuring hyperpop legend, 8485. Gremwave is currently working as a mix engineer and producer in LA. Mixing for Hyper Potions, Minecraft, Varien, VGR / Nokae, and more.
