Rock'n'Roll can be found in all corners of the known galaxies, but it is rare for music from one planet to reach another. The Quagaars are originally from the planet Quagaar, but they crash landed on Earth about 30 or so years ago, being spread all around the planet (it was quite a nasty crash). After many years, they managed to find each other again and decided to bring The Quagaarian Sound to Earth.
