Leif Shires, raised in California’s San Joaquin Valley, has since moved to Music City (Nashville, TN) to perfect his art and his blossoming career. Leif’s career has continued to flourish as he has worked in many different genres spanning a variety of artists, including Kelly Clarkson, Jack White, Brett Eldridge, Shania Twain, Barry Gibb, Eliza & The Bear, Jaimee Paul, Jaci Velasquez, Wanda Jackson, Toby Mac, TG Sheppard, Kelly Lang and bands such as The Memphis Horns, My Morning Jacket and Latin jam band Salvador. In 2008 Shires signed with Green Hill and released a couple of albums under that label. Since then he has continued working with these artists and has toured all over the world. 
 Leif has had the privilege of performing for audiences throughout the US, North and Central America, Europe and Japan. Some attendees have included a sitting United States President, a Pope, Prime Ministers, Congressmen, Military leaders and Ambassadors.
