MAVA is an independent rap artist from Limassol, Cyprus. He uses the Cypriot dialect infused w/ foreign and local slang as means of expression, experimenting with different styles of beats and tones expressing esoteric perspectives and alter egos. At the age of 19 he released his first singles on Soundcloud after meeting various people from the local hip hop scene who opened up their home studios to help him begin his sound journey. Since then Mava has released audiovisual projects in collaboration with fellow-artists, coming to the release of his first album, "SKALOSHA", on the 6th of January 2023.
