UOKAYE is producer duo JP Sancho & Simon Milner, hailing from Argentina and Britain respectively. Although they have worked together since 2016 on the road and in the studio for other bands & projects, ‘A Panda Dreams’ is their first EP under a pseudonym, featuring North London Vocalist Sei.
