Shira Ginsburg actress, singer, and songwriter has performed for audiences all over the world. Shira's latest album, 'I Will Cover You' is an album inspired by the songs she found herself singing and performing over and over again during the pandemic. This project was a joy from the first moment to the last, recorded with her dear friends and brilliant musicians, Grammy award winning producer Ben Wisch, guitarist Marc Shulman, and drummer Joe Bonadio in one room, recording music the old fashioned way with live takes. Last year, Shira released her album 'Maybe' of original compositions, and in December 2020, Shira and award-winning composer Michael Hunter Ochs released their first collaborative original album together with Grammy award winning producer Ben Wisch. Shira has subsequently released three more albums on soundcloud and spotify. In Spring of 2016 Shira premiered her one-woman musical, Bubby's Kitchen off-Broadway to rave reviews and has toured extensively over the last seven years bringing Bubby's Kitchen to communities all over the US.  In addition to performing concerts and numerous other works on stages all over the world,  Shira has been the chosen soloist for The Jewish Partisans Educational Foundation at numerous benefits and featured in their documentary ‘Reunion.’ Shira is also featured on the albums of Gerard Edery and Noah Aaronson and was recently a featured performer alongside Alan Richman and Joan Nathan in ‘Beyond Bubbie: 6 Word Memoirs.’
