Affy Reloaded

Biography

Segen Abraha, better known as Affy, is a Michigan-based female rapper who pulls no punches in her lyrics. Aside from this, the themes at hand center on words to live by, calling one's bluff, and self-confidence. Although she is soft-spoken, Affy's all-around energy gives every song that oomph listeners are searching for. The most notable element of her musical styling is the top-tier punchlines and its combative arrangements. Take, for instance, her recent song, "Affy Reloaded Part 2." She raps witty punchlines like, "Something like a shopping spree the way I'm always in my bag," and "I ain't thought of a top 10 since them MySpace days." Her new project, Affy Reloaded, will debut soon. Affy was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on July 19th, 1991. She is the daughter of Girmai Abraha and Lemlem Seifu, who were both refugees from Eritrea. Affy was the first family member to be born in America, thus making her an Eritrean American. Affy started writing at 10-years-old, knocking down poetry competitions all over Michigan. Once she turned 18, Affy swapped in her pen and pad for a microphone. Starting off doing rap battles in her hometown of Grand Rapids, Affy became notorious. From there, she decided to take her rhymes to the next level. Being that she's a well-established femcee, Affy has collaborated with artists like Rocky Badd, Rio Da Yung Og, Louie Ray, Skilla Baby, and many more. She's also opened up for Kash Doll, NBA Youngboy, Payroll Giovanni, Vezzo, Peezy, And 50cent
