Sarah Class is an accomplished award winning, composer, producer & singer~songwriter, scoring for films, television & the concert arena. A classically trained pianist from an early age, influenced by diverse emotive music from Mozart, to John Lennon. Sarah’s first major break was composing the score to independent feature ‘The Weekend’, a major turning point bringing Sarah to the attention of legendary producer Sir George Martin, who took her under the wing of George Martin Music. Sarah stepped into the realm of popular music composing & producing album ‘Aurora’ Cantamus, an award-winning all girls choir. Topping UK Classical Charts Sarah was nominated for a Classical Brit Award. This was followed by #1 Album, Hayley Westenra ‘Pure.’ Sarah’s film & TV scores include ‘Mystery of the Wolf’,’The Meerkats’ BBC ‘Madagascar’, & award winning series BBC Africa. Recent films: Dartmoor Killing, Brothers of the Wind, Lion Kingdom & Okavango River of Dreams, which Robert Redford fell in love with. It opened to a standing ovation at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival. As a singer~songwriter, Sarah worked with Grammy winning producer Jay Newland on debut album Unity followed by Only Love is Real & I Will Fight . The video I Will Fight features Sir David Attenborough for charity World Land Trust. Currently working on new EP this spring, Green Man, features vocals from Sarah & Isaac Waddington and forms part of an exciting new album project set for release June 2020. Watch this space!
