Born and raised in St.Louis, MO Drea Vocalz is a multifaceted singer-songwriter, producer, And director and sensual fire starter. Highly influenced by 90's R&B, Drea uses her warmed honey voice and star crazed arrangements to create nostalgic, colorful sonics that take listeners into the cosmos. Her musical journey starts singing songs in the children’s choir at church written and accompanied by her great grandmother, whose influence inspired Drea to start writing her own. After a while off writing, she inherited a Mac desktop computer loaded with GarageBand to start producing and recording music in her middle school basement bedroom. Drea eventually enrolled into collage at the Extreme Institute by Nelly where she learned video editing, audio engineering and music management. This being the key in igniting Drea to release her first EP Dope Majic, 2 albums (Monogamy & Black Moon) and a series of music videos and singles. As a seasoned and grounded performer Drea has entertained in a variety of music showcases, festivals, tv appearances, and Drea Vocalz Live concerts.
