GVO Ent. Rapper/A&R/Label Owner G-$wazy is musical artist from Vallejo/Fairfield ,CA. Music has been the only consistent thing in his life since the young age of 10 years old. It all started in Band class at Laurel Creek Elementary where he started playing the trumpet and learning how to read/understand music theory. $wazy would listen to Jazz/R&B music while sleeping at night and he wrote some poetry for about 1 year. All of middle school and high school, band was a big part of his growth in music. Around 8th grade is when $wazy started building up the courage to rap and make songs. G-Money was the 1st rap name $wazy came up with and released his 1st song called “Beat It Out The Frame” on youtube. Later $wazy transitioned to a new rap name “Genasis” during high school. After high school is when G-$wazy was born and the music was actually taken serious 100 percent. You can’t put this artist in a box because they sky is the limit for him. $wazy can give you a bay area, R&B,Trap and so much more. Versatily has been a constent theme with his music as well as his emphasis on punchlines and bars in every track. There are 4 artists who drove $wazy to be the artist he is today. Lil wayne, Andre 3000, Sage the Gemini & Drake. (Fun fact: G-$wazy and Andre 3000 are cousins, Cora Lee Benjamin Bussy is Andre’s aunty who is the sister of G-$wazy Grandfather Herman Bussy.)
