Ian Ikon is a songwriter active in the wider pop music scene. What characterizes Ikon as a composer and lyricist is that he writes music for different genres such as alternative pop, dreamy pop, nu soul, indie pop etc. Each of his songs must find the right performer, so he has done many and different collaborations with Greek and European singers such as Maria Zlatani, Maiken Sundby, Craig Walker (ex front man of Archive), Marina Celeste (ex Nouvelle Vague), Tom Gaebel, Luigi Catalano, Georges Perin, Irene, Natalia Corvigton and others. Some of his songs were placed in the famous series “Now That’s What I Call Music” produced by Universal Music Greece and are also played in a rotation on greek radio stations.
