Biography

Km5 was a 1999 founded House music project aimed to represent the renowned Km5 open-air restaurant, lounge garden and bar in Ibiza. Fronted by former Km5 resident, DJ and producer Sin Plomo, the project in addition consisted of German musician and producer Torsten Stenzel (aka. York) with vocalist and songwriter Casey Keth on vocal duties for the first two singles This Is What I Call Love and What Could Be Wrong. While resident at the Km5 restaurant-bar - in between 1997-2002 - Sin Plomo was the initiator behind the well-known House music compilation 'Km5 Ibiza'. With Sin Plomo as compiler and mixer of 'Km5 Ibiza vol. 1 to 6' the CD series was published up until year 2007.
