London-based DJ & Producer Gem Precious has a passion for making UK-flavoured tracks with a worldwide appeal. As one half of production duo Atari & Precious, Gem has remixed a variety of artists and released a diverse range of original tracks on their own label Remodel Recordings. As a solo producer, Gem draws on a range of influences, from classic bassline to future house to create dance bangers, which have been proven to set dancefloors alight during her sets at the likes of Fabric, XOYO & Elrow Town. Her tracks have also received radio support from Data Transmission and Select Radio. As a DJ, Gem is known for her multi-genre blending sets, energetic performance and live remixing skills. Using up to 4 decks, Gem seamlessly performs technically challenging live sets, laying acapellas over instrumentals and employing scratching, beat-juggling and cue drumming to create a dynamic live show. During lockdown, Gem recorded an acclaimed live mix for Kiss Fresh in which she mixed 60 tracks in 60 minutes.
