Slogmåkane has a strong attachment to Sea shanties and Celtic music, influenced by the west coast of Norway’s marine Heritage. 20 charismatic and energetic singers in combination with a strongly rock'roll influenced 6 piece band creates an energy and presence that has proven to exite their audiences. Slogmåkane won a 3rd place in the national televised competition Norway’s got Talent in 2015 and has since then gained a strong reputation as an audience friendly act all in Norway and several other European countries. Prior to the success in Norway’s got Talent, the group has received several national and international awards for their contribution to their music genre.
