Following a spat with ‘Ye over Jay-Z’s “Neva Change” instrumental, Payroll responded with the aptly titled “Fuck Kanye West.” Legend has it Kanye created and sold “Never Change” to Payroll, but it ultimately landed on The Blueprint when Jay Z heard the production and decided to keep it for himself. Payroll was allegedly paid for his troubles but wasn’t satisfied with the amount given.
