Jagz Kooner is a Record Producer / Remixer who has been credited with creating some of the best genre defining songs of the last 30 Years. He began his career working with Andrew Weatherall remixing and producing for the likes of The Future Sound Of London, Björk, New Order & The Chemical Brothers before forming the seminal band The Sabres Of Paradise. He was also a founder member of The Aloof and was responsible for Co-writing/producing & mixing the albums Cover the Crime and "Sinking". After the bands split Jagz was asked by Primal Scream to produce Swastika Eyes - Jagz Kooner Mix and work on their groundbreaking album "XTRMNTR" this led to him being asked to remix & produce for a huge number of artists under his own name, which included Kasabian, Oasis, The Prodigy, Killing Joke, Garbage, Massive Attack as well as a host of leftfield artists such as Royal Trux, Soulwax, dEUS, The Kills & Rammstein. His longstanding relationship with Primal Scream also saw him produce “Miss Lucifer” for their album "EVIL HEAT" as well as the cult dance classic "Some Velvet Morning" . Jagz album productions also include Reverend And The Makers top 5 albums The State of Things & A French Kiss in the Chaos. Recently he has been in the studio with the talented singer/ songwriter Iraina Mancini & writing and producing the debuts albums for Holy Youth Movement & Idol State. Jagz production style has been described as “electronic rock n roll”
