Biography

As a young Michigan native, Tyler Hall (“Para da Ox”) grew up to the sounds of Gangsta-Style rap, brought by artists such as Nas, Ghostface Killah, Method Man, 50 Cent, and the like. The influence of their music left a strong impact. The colloquial schemes, expressive wordplay, hard hitting chorus and boom-bap style beats kept him listening.
Originally beginning to write rhymes over songs played on the radio in high school, Tyler took his ideas and passions with him to university. After making connections, and broadening his horizons to the world of music, in 2016 Tyler took an early retirement. But, in the fall of 2019, a push in the right direction and advice from friends brought him back to the booth.
Ready to create a new path in a world of rap music flooded by the same ideals, Para da Ox has now emerged. And he has some words to say.
