Pempi (Mike Hadland) is a composer / producer and musician from the United Kingdom. He has made many styles of music and released music under many different names. As Pempi he released music with London based label Studio Rockers (Fire , Positive Mind) 2NX/Cavendish music (Globe Stepping Remix Package) and remixed Lee "Scratch" Perry for On-U Sound (Ironman - Remixed by Pempi) and Adam Fielding (Ashes By Dawn) He has played in many bands over the years (Volatile Sniffs, Special Buzz, Gallows High) and some electronic collaborations such as Minderazor. As a producer/engineer he has recorded and mixed his own music and that of others (Dom Goodchild the Void Starer, Gallows High) He is currently writing Production/Trailer/Library music under Mike Hadland and since 2023 has returned to where he started producing Drum and bass.
