Kahanga "Vumbi" Dekula, who now lives in Sweden, is one of Europe's greatest ambassadors for Congolese music. He cut his teeth playing in a number of legendary Tanzanian rumba bands, including Orchestra Maquis, before emigrating to Sweden in the early '90s and forming the fabulous Dekula Band.
